Returns & Exchanges
At Custom Title Belts, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging.
- Custom or personalized belts are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged from our side.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products.
- If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@customtitlebelts.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@customtitlebelts.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return
- Email support@customtitlebelts.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Securely pack your item and ship it back to the address provided.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
